   Looking back, we have taken solid steps and delivered an outstanding performance through hard work. Over the past year, faced with a complex and volatile market environment and fierce industry competition, all KBE staff have united as one, overcome difficulties, stayed committed to our core businesses, and strived for innovation and breakthroughs. Our core businesses, including automotive cables and high-speed copper cables, have been further consolidated, laying a more solid market foundation; our overseas market layout has advanced steadily, and our overseas influence has gradually increased. These achievements are the fruit of the wisdom and efforts of every colleague, the strong support of our partners, and the firm companionship of our investors. I hereby express my deepest gratitude to you all!

    Looking ahead to the company’s 2026–2028 three-year strategic development plan, we will stand at a new historical starting point, stay focused on our direction, and strive to realize our development blueprint for the next three years:

We will deeply cultivate both domestic and overseas markets. We will maintain the core position of the domestic market while accelerating the development of overseas markets such as the Americas and Southeast Asia, building a global production, operation and sales network, so that KBE’s products and services will reach a wider world.

    We will stay true to our original aspiration, steadily develop our core products such as automotive cables and high-speed copper cables, uphold the craftsmanship spirit of excellence, continuously improve product quality and technical content, consolidate our leading position in the industry, and fortify the “stabilizer” of corporate development. We aim to achieve over 10 billion yuan in revenue from core products by 2028.

    We will stand at the forefront of the times and quickly expand into two new strategic sectors: robotics and commercial aerospace. This is our future-oriented strategic layout and a new engine for the company’s high-quality development. With a pioneering spirit of innovation, we will quickly achieve breakthroughs in core technologies and seize the commanding heights of emerging industries.

     We will leverage Shanghai’s geographical advantages as our operation center, adhere to a talent -oriented approach, strengthen effective talent management, and build a mechanism that attracts, retains, develops and motivates talents.

    The journey is long and the wind is strong; we set off again with a heavy mission. In 2026, opportunities and challenges coexist, hope and endeavor go hand in hand.
